Solidot | Observations of the interstellar celestial bodies found no evidence of artificial signals

Breakthrough Listen Project earlier this week announced will use The Green Bank telescope searches for the artificial signals of the interstellar celestial body ‘ Oumuamua. ‘ Oumuamua is about 800 meters wide and about 80 meters long, astronomers think there is a very small chance it may not be 100% natural. Now that the first phase of the observation is over, it is not surprising that astronomers did not find evidence of artificial signals. In the two-hour observation, the telescope’s instrument accumulated terabytes of raw data, and it took time to analyze the data. So far, only data from the S-band has been processed. Partially processed data has been provided to researchers through the portal breakthroughinitiatives.org/opendatasearch].
